Conditions of Hire and Use (Advertising)
It is a condition of the hire agreement that:-

Your advertising must NOT - either by accident or design - give the impression that your activity is a function of Hoylake Chapel itself.

For example, "XYZ activity at Hoylake Chapel" is not acceptable as it could be interpreted as meaning the activity is organized and run by Hoylake Chapel. This would not be acceptable to members of the church and could lead to termination of the hire agreement.

Acceptable advertising MUST include:

1. The name of your activity
2. Your name or your organisation's name
3. "Held at the premises of Hoylake Chapel"

Your advertising must be tasteful and in keeping with the use of Church premises for the activity. If practical, please submit a copy to the Booking Secretary.
